摘要

Abstract

The mainly security assumption of those existing proxy signature schemes are hardness of Big Integer Factoring problem and Discrete Logarithm problem. But the quantum computer is doing well in these areas. There are some important research values on multivariate public key cryptography which is the major families of PKCs that could resist potentially even the powerful quantum computers of the future. This paper design a new proxy signature which is based on the IP problem of multivariate cryptosystem, and as a new kind of proxy signature scheme, it not only meets the requirements of proxy signature, but has benefits of resist quantum attack, fast computing, and high efficiency.
