非生物胁迫对油菜脯氨酸积累与BnGG2基因表达的影响
Influences of abiotic stress on proline accumulation and BnGG2 gene expression in dwarf mutant(Brassica napus L.)

Abstract
The experiments were carried out on the proline content of both a dwarf mutant of Brassica napus , named NDF-1,and wild type "3529". The expression of BnGGZ under different abiotic stresses was analyzed at different time points. Results showed that the mutant was more resistant to stress than the wild type. The proline content increased after salt, drought and high temperature at different time points, but the proline content of the NDF-1 was lower than that of the "3529". The BnGGl gene expression wasup-regulated in salt (200mM NaCl) and drought stress (20% PEG 6000), but down-regulated in heat (40 ℃), and the expression of BnGGZ was increased rapidly and strongly in the NDF-1 than that in the "3529". In the NDF-1 and the "3529", proline content and BnGG2 gene expression pattern indicated no obvious changes after the low temperature (4 ℃) treatment. These results indicated that the NDF-1 was more resistant to salinity, drought and high temperature stress than the "3529". The dwarf mutant probably has stronger resistance against abiotic stress. BnGGZ has close relationship with abiotic stress and might play a coordinating role in the pathway of stress resistance response in Brassica napus.关键词
