大熊猫肠道抗生素耐药菌质粒的研究
Study on the plasmids of antibiotic-resistance bacteria in intestine of giant pandas

Abstract
The relationships of antibiotic-resistance bacteria in intestine of giant pandas and plasmids separated from Sichuan Wolong National Nature Reserve were analyzed. The results showed that 6 E. coli contained different sizes plasmid DNA. SDS and elevated growth temperature (43 ℃) were used to cure the plasmids. Of the 6 kinds of plasmid profiles, two plasmids were showed the disappearance of some plasmid bands. Regarding to the antibiotic-resistance level, it was found that the treatment of curing a-gents usually resulted in the decreased resistance level; even 2 lost some antibiotics resistance completely. These 6 kinds of plasmids were transformed into E. coli JM109 separately. One of them generated ampicillin-resistant transformants. The results showed that resistance of antibiotic-resistance bacteria in intestine of giant pandas were related to plasmids.关键词
