钉合与缝合技术应用于骨科四肢骨干部位切口的疗效比较

摘要
Abstract
To explore the stapler and suture techniques used in orthopedic limbs backbone parts of the skin incision in the efficacy. Methods 150 cases of patients with orthopedic limbs backbone parts of the surgery, were randomly divided into treatment group 74 cases using a disposable skin stapler,76 cases of the control group using conventional suture the incision. The incision infection, wound dehiscence, inflammation (swelling) ,secretions, necrosis, allergic reactions,3 months after the incision centipede disease incidence,stitching speed, stitches (nail) when the degree of pain, nine indicators were statisticallyanalyzed. Results The degree of pain when the two groups in the speed of stitching, stitches (stapled) , the incision the centipede disease incidence differences were significantly (P<0.01) , the treatment group have a higher degree of pain;faster suture; the centipede disease incidence was 0% after the follow-up, however, it was 32. 89% in the control group; two groups were no significant differences in the incidence of infection, dehiscence, inflammatory reaction (swelling) .secretions, necrosis, allergic reactions. Conclusion Disposable skin staplers were faster the suture speed and better cosmetic results than silk.关键词
