Abstract
Discussion on deep breathing training on improvement of pulmonary function and prevention of postoperative complications before and after operation in patients with thoracic surgery. Methods Divided June 2010 ~ June 2011 years of 180 patients with thoracotomy into experimental group and control group randomly. Control groups 90 patients routinely to guide patients deep breath training before operation and experimental groups 90 patients take deep breath training with deep breathing training device based on regular deep breathing training. Results The pulmonary function of experiment group regenerate rapidly than control group, 7 days after operation, the two FVC、FEV1、PaO2、PaCO2 values compared statistically significant (P < 0.05). The incidence of postoperative pulmonary complications and hospital stay was significantly lower than the control group(p<0.05). Conclusion Thoracic surgery patients perioperative use of deep breathing training device can effectively improve pulmonary function and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications, increase the patients' initiative of deep breathing training.关键词
