摘要
Abstract
To analysis the clinical feature and prognosis of patient with large area acute cerebral infarction. Methods Reviewed the clinical data of 22 cases of large area acute cerebral infarction from our hospital. Results 22 cases of large area acute cerebral infarction died 12 cases, ant the viable 10 cases were with ifferent degree of neurologic deficits symptoms and cannot provide for oneself, compared the death cases' hospital to age and the rate of atrial fibrillation to other patients, there were different between them ( P < 0.05). Conclusion Large area acute cerebral infarction is in serious condition, with the characteristic of high morbidity much complications and poor prognosis.关键词
