奈达铂联合替吉奥治疗晚期食管癌的疗效观察

摘要
Abstract
Observing the clinical effect of curing advanced cancer of the esophagus by using nedaplatin joins gimeracil and oteracil porassium capsules. Methods 26 patients of advanced cancer of the esophagus take Nedaplatin for the 80 -100mg/m2 by joining Normal Saline 500ml with intravenous drip 2h, dl; and take gimeracil and oteracil porassium capsules for the 80mg/(m2.d) in two times ,preferably with a meal dl ~dl4. 21d for 1 period, then evaluate the curative effect at least two periods later. Results Each patients takes 4. 69 cycles on average, complete remission (CR) with 0 cases, part remission with (PR) 13 cases (50%), stable (NC)7 cases (26. 92% ), progress (PD) 6 patients (23.08% ), the total effective rate (RR) of 50% . The major adverse reaction is bone marrow depression . Conclusion The curative effect of curing advanced cancer of the esophagus by using nedaplatin joins gimeracil and oteracil porassium capsules is good, and the bad reaction is also smaller, it deserves to be clinical application.关键词
