Abstract
To observe the curative effect of Qihuzha granule on malnutrition with recurrent respiratory infections (RR1) in children. Methods 78 patients with malnutrition and recurrent respiratory infections were randomly divided into treatment group ( n = 39 ) and control group (n — 39). The control group accept normal treatment. The treatment group with treated normal treatment combined with Qihuzha granule. The clinical curative effect, serum IgA、IgG、IgM leres were observed. Results In the treatment group ,the total effective rate was 87.17%. In the control group,the total effective rate was48.71%. In the treatment group , after the treatment of the patients serum IgA IgG IgM levels were significantly raised than before the treatment ( P < 0.05), while they were unchanged in the control group (P > 0.05). Conclusion The curative effect of Qihuzha granular in the treatment of malnutrition with RRJ in children is significant, and is worth popularizing in clinic.关键词
