摘要
Abstract
To investgate the effect of combining of Valsartan and Perindopril in hypertensive patients with proteinuria. Methods 60 patients with hypertension complicating proteinuria were randomly assigned Vallarta group (A guoup) and combination of Vallarta and Perindopril group ( B group). Systolic blood pressure ( SBF) , diastolic blood pressure ( DBP), 24h urine protein (Pro) , Urinary albumin (mALB) , serum creatinine (Scr), glomerular filtration rate (GFR) were measured af-ter 6-months treatments. Results ①Compared to pre-treatmeant , SBP, DBP, Pro, mALB, Scr were significant decreased in both A and B groups (P < 0.05),GFR was significan higher (P < 0.05); ② Cpmpare with single medicine group after 6-months treatments, Pro, mALB,Scr, and GFR were more changed in the combination group,the difference was statically significant(P< 0.05). Conclusion The protection efficiency of Combination of Vallarta and Perindopril group is better than Vallarta in patients with hypertension complicating proteinuria.关键词
