摘要
Abstract
To investigate the influence of elder patients with hypertension ambulatory blood pressure changes parameters on the intima-media thikness of carotid artery. Methods 160 cases of elder patients with hypertension were randomly divided into carotid atherosclerosis group(CAS) and control group(CAN). Ambulatory blood pressure change of two groups were compared. Correlation amalyse was performed between carotid atherosclerosis and related data. Results ①Day night and 24 hour average systolic blood pressure,higher than CAN group. There was a statistical significance in two groups (P<0.05). ②The patients with blood pressure diurnal rhythms change disappear and decrease were significantly in created in CAS group than CSN group. Conclusion There was a significantly influence of elder patients with hypertension ambulatory blood pressure change parameter! on the intima-media thickness of carotid artery. There was a definite and abnormal blood pressure diurnal rhythms in patients with the hyper tension and carotid atherosclerosis.关键词
