注射用盐酸头孢甲肟治疗泌尿系统感染的临床观察

摘要
Abstract
To investigate Cefmenoxime hydrochloride in patients with urinary trach infecting in the respiratory treat inhalation method and effect. Methods The extraction in our department in October 2009 to October 2011, 50 patients admitted to urinary tract infections were randomly divided into two groups. Experimenta group of 25 patients, and Cefmenoxime hydrochloride treatment. The control group of 25 patients,and cefoperazone treatment efficacy compared two groups of patients after treatment change. Results A total of 17 cases and the markedly effective rate was 92. 8% overall( including the markedly effective and effective ) are better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant ( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Treatment with hydrochloric acit Cefmenoxime urinary tract infections, urinary system can effectively control the advene effects and increase the clearance rate of bacteria should be used widely in clinical.关键词
