高尿酸血症与糖尿病之间相关因素的分析研究

摘要
Abstract
To investigate and analyse the correlative factors of hypeniricemia( HUA) and HUA combined with diametes( DM) factors. Methods The disease history were investigated, the general physical data were measured ,the biochemical index were detected, upper abdominal ultrasonographic examination were undertaken in 36000 adults aged over 18 who did health examinations in the Health Examination Center of West China Hospital of Sichuan University from 2010 to 2011. 1320 persons was random sampled with the levers of 9erum uric acid and fasting plasma glucose. 1320 persons were divided into normal group, HUA group,HUA and DM group. Results Multiple stepwise by multinomial Logistic regression model showed that BM I, systolic blood pressure, high triglyeerides, serum creatinine, serum cystatin C were the risk factors of HUA and DM. However, HDL-C was confirmed to be protective factors to the two different diseases. Conclusion HUA plays an important role in the incidence of DM. The two different diseases influence each other . We should take corresponding measures according to the relevant factors between HUA and DM, in order to achieve the effect of prevention and treatment.关键词
