Abstract
To atudy the usage of prophylactic antibiotics for the patients in Type I incision operation in our hospital so as to provide reference for clinical drug application. Methods A retrospective study was conducted, totally 373 case files of patients with type 1 incision operation(breast and thyroid surgeries) in our hospital between from Jan 2010 to Dec 2012 were randomly selected, their prophylactic antibacterials were analyzed. Results The antibacterials usage rate of 373 patients was 73.99%. The proportion of antimicrobial agents alone76. 81% ; the most frequently used was the first and second generation ceph-alosporint; postoperative administration 3 ~7d ratio of 33. 78%. Conclusion The indications of prophylactic antibiotics administration in patients of Type I incision operation are not strictly controlled, the rate of antibiotic administration is not accurate, the selection of antibiotics are not proper and the period of drug administration is unreasonable. The control should be further regulated so as to promote the reasonable administration of antibiotics.关键词
