Abstract
To investigate the methods of care in patients with radical cyslectomy after urinary diversion. Methods 58 patients underwent radical cystectomy after urinary diversion from January 2007 to May 2011 in the hospital were chosen as the research object. They were randomly divided into group A with 29 cases and group B of 29 cases. A group used conventional methods of nursing care, B group was taken with evidence-based nursing care model. The QOL score 1 week after treatment with the degree of care and incidence of complications, and the satisfaction rate for the two groups of patients before and after care were taken for statistics and comparison. Results The QOL score 1 week after care and the degree of the military for treatment and care in group B were better than group A. The complication rate in group B was lower than the A group, and the satisfaction was higher than group A, P <0. 05, there was significantly different. Conclusion Evidence-based care approach is more suitable for patients with radical cystectomy after urinary diversion, can improve the evaluation indicators for the patients significantly.关键词
