摘要
Abstract
In order to explore toxicity induced by diethyl phthalate, toad tadpoles are exposed to different concentration of diethyl phthalate(the termina concentration are 0,1. 6,3. 2,6. 5,13,26μg/mL) to investigate the effects of diethyl phthalate on micronucleus(MNC) rate and nuclear abnormal cells. Results show that MNC and nuclear abnormal cells of toad tadpoles significantly increase with the increase of concentration of diethyl phthalate ( compared with the control group P < 0. 01) , and the difference is significant when concentration of diethyl phthalate is at 13μg/mL. Corrlation analysis shows that remarkable corrlation is found between the diethyl phthalate, MNC and nuclear abnormal cells and has a significant dose-effect relation. These results suggest that diethyl phthalate could induce the genotoxic effects on the toad tadpoles.关键词
