Abstract
Based on the matter-element extension theory, an assessment model is built for eco-efficien-cy of eco-industrial parks(EIPs) , which develops conventional eco-efficiency measurement. Some improvements are offered in the model. They are the method of standardized processing the indicators and the calculation on conjunction degree of the indicators. The paper develops the parameter of closeness degree of level value of EIP eco-efficiency and the identification of restriction factors by means of the primary conjunction degree of the indicators. The method is applied in the EIP of Yantai Economic & Technological Development Zone. The result shows that the level value of eco-efficiency of the park is 1. 6867, lying between top grade and eligibility. The closeness degrees to top grade and eligibility are 31.33% and 84. 34% respectively. Therefore, the level of eco-efficiency of the park is assessed as eligibility rating.关键词
