稀土及多胺对欧石楠瓶苗生根的效应
THE EFFECT OF RARE - EARTH AND POLYAMINES ON ROOTIVG OF THE OF CALLUNA VULGARIS
摘要
Abstract
The study took the bottles seedlings of the Calluna vulgaris' s subculture as test materials, added Ce (NO3)3N La (NO3)3 and Polyamine (Spermidine, Spemunex Putrcscine) to rooting medium and studied , Tthe rooting of the bottles of seedlings of the Calluna vulgaris en it. Results showed thai adding both 0. 5 ~5. 0 mg/L Ce (N03)3 and La (NO3)3 to rooting medium significantly increased the rooting percentage and promoted root system , but it has inhibitory effects on the rooting of the bottles of seedlings. The Spermidine form Polyamine have exerted significant promotion effect on taking root, while Spermine and Putrescine had little effect on rooting.关键词
