灰色关联度分析法在拮抗丝核菌木霉菌株筛选中的应用
THE APPLICATION OF THE GRAY RELATED DEGREE ANALYSIS IN SCREENING TRICHODERMA SPP

Abstract
In order to select out Trichoderma in antagonizing Rhizoctonia spp. and learn the application effect of gray correlation analysis method in the inhibition rate, growth rate, amount of sporulation, toleration to extreme temperature, pH and toleration to Carbendazim fungicide et al. Eight traits of ten Trichoderma were comprehensively studied by the method of Grey Relational Degree Analysis . The results showed that T21 - 1 -4 isolate ranked first and the gray related degree (r, =0. 8793) was the biggest , While T35 -2 -3 and T16 -1-4 were ranked second and the gray related degree were 0. 8388, 0. 8337 respectively. T21 - 1 -4 isolate was the best one in antagonizing Rhizoctonia spp.关键词
