CAV和ALV混合感染病例的诊断

摘要
Abstract
According to the VP3 gene sequence of CAV SD24 strian and the GP85 gene sequence of ALV HPRS103 strian, two pairs of primer were designed and synthesized. PCR was used to detect clinical samples from 10 hens at 130 - days pathogenetic chicken. The 584 bp and 1260 bp specific DNA fragment were amplified. As a result,the cases were considered being infected by CAV and ALV. Homology was 99.5% and 99. 8% respectively.关键词
