摘要

Abstract

Objective:To investigate the thermal stability of imperatorin in the extractive liquid of Angelicae Dahuricae Radix during heating process and provide basis for concentration temperature. Methods:The extractive liquid of A ngelicae Dahuricae Radix was concentrated for 8 hours at 65℃ and 70℃ respectively. The content of imperatorin was quantified by HPLC at same time interval(1 h). Results:The content of imperatorin had barely decreased under both conditions. Conclusion:The result indicated that imperatorin in Angelicas Dahuricae Radix remains stable in the process of concentration at 65 ℃ and 70 ℃ within 8 hours.
