植物CCCH型锌指蛋白研究进展
Advances in Research of Plant CCCH - Type Zinc Finger Protein
摘要
Abstract
Zinc finger proteins are defined as a superfamily with typical zinc finger domain and are involved in many aspects of plant growth and development. In which, the CCCH zinc finger proteins contain the motif with three cysteines and one histidine residues. In this paper, the research progress in structure, action pattern and function of plant CCCH - type zinc finger proteins were summarized, and their application prospect was also presented.关键词
