miR-451在胃癌组织中的表达及临床意义
Expression and clinical significanee of miR-451 in gastric carcinoma
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the expression of miR-451 and its association with clinicopathologic features in gastric carcinoma. Methods The expression levels of miR-451 in 18 cases of gastric carcinoma and matched non tumor adjacent tissue specimens were examined using real time polymerase chain reaction ( RT-PCR). The relationship between the expression of miR-451 and its clinicopathologic features of gastric carcinoma were analyzed. Results The expression level of miR-451 was significantly lower in the tumor tissues than that in the adjacent tissues(P<0.05) which up-regulated in 6 cases, down-regulated in 12 cases, down-regulated rate was 66. 67% (12/18). Down-regulated miR-451 expression was associated with the cell differentiation in gastric carcinoma patients (P < 0.05). No significant association was found between the expression of miR-451 and the status of age, gender, TNM staging system, Borrmann type, depth of tumor invasion and tumor node metastasis stage. Conclusion Down-regulated miR-451 expression involves in gastric carcinogene-sis and the development process.关键词
