丹参多酚酸盐治疗不稳定型心绞痛的疗效及其对AngⅡ、UA、VEGF的影响
Curative effect of salvianolate on unstable angina and its influence on Ang Ⅱ, UA and VEGF

Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical curative effect of salvianolate on patients with unstable angina pectoris (UAP) and its influence on the levesl of angiotensin- II (Ang II ), uric acid (UA) and vascular endothelial growth factor-A(VEGF-A)in blood. Methods Sixty cases were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 30 cases of each. The control group was given conventional anti-angina treatment, while the intervention group based on the control group was added salvianolate injection. The clinical efficacy, levels of Ang II, UA, VEGF-A in blood, improvement situation of ECC, as well as the situation of adverse drug reaction(ADR) were observed. Results The clinical efficacy, levels of Ang II , UA, as well as the improvement situation of ECG of the treatment group were respectively better than those of the control group (P < 0.05 ). But the levels of VEGF-A in the blood before and after treatment were no significant difference ( P > 0.05). Andserious ADR didn' t happen in the both groups. Conclusion Salvianolate can significantly ameliorate the symptoms and ECG ST-T segment of patients with UA, which can also significantly decrease the levels of Ang II and UA. But it has no significant effect on the level of VEGF-A in the blood.关键词
