Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical significance of the changes of humoral immunity and T-lymphocyte subsets functions in patients with takayasusarteritis. Methods T-lymphocyte subsets ( CD3+ , CD4+ , CD8+ ) and humoral immunity(IgG, IgA, IgM, IgE, C3, C4) were detected in 31 patients with takayasusarteritis (observed group) and 30 healthy control (control group). Results Compared with the control group, the level of IgG, IgM, IgE, C3, CD4+ CD4+/ CD8+ in observed group increased significantly, while the level of C4, CD3+ decreased significantly; and there was no significant difference between the two groups about IgA and CD/. Conclusions The levels of humoral immunity and T-lymphocyte subsets in takayasusurteritis patients change obviously, which may play important roles in understanding the mechanism and clinical diagnosis of this desease.关键词
