摘要
Abstract
Entrepreneurial Competence plays a very important role on entrepreneurial enterprises. The paper constructs the entrepreneurial competency model and set up corresponding evaluate system based on previous theory of entrepreneurial competency. I use the analytic hierarchy process to determine the weight of each target and build the system of entrepreneur competency evaluation. I evaluate entrepreneurial competency and provide corresponding reference to entrepreneur, entrepreneurial competency development and training.关键词
