太白楤木总皂苷体外对乙肝病毒HBsAg、HBeAg的影响
Inhibitory effects of total saponin extracted from Aralia chinesis L on hepatitis virus B in vitro

Abstract
Objective To investigate the inhibitory effects of total saponin extracted from Aralia chinesis L. on hepatitis B virus in vitro. Methods HepG 2215 cells as target cells were exposed to different concentrations of total saponin of Aralia chinesis L. or lamivudine. Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay was used for determining the HBsAg and HBeAg in supernatants of cell culture. Results The 50% inhibitory concentration (IC50) of total saponin on HBsAg and HBeAg production was 0. 1 and 0. 09 g/L, respectively; therapeutic index was 6. 12, 7. 51 respectively. There were no significant differences in inhibitory effects on HBsAg and HBeAg production between 0. 4 g/L of total saponin and 0. 25 g/L of lamivudine at d3 and d6 of treatment. Conclusion The total saponin extracted from Aralia chinesis L has inhibitory effects on HBV replication in vitro to some extent.关键词
