The Research on the National Standard of Classification of Financial instruments
摘要
Abstract
The problems centre on modern financial industry due to the lack of a consistent and uniform approach to classify financial instruments. Classification of financial instruments standard plays a key role in the development of financial industry, and promotes national standards to be drafted. Firstly we summarize the situation of financial instruments classification, analyze the importance and emergency of drafting standard, introduce the basic roles and method of constructing, and then provide the rules and typical samples of classification, finally conclude the application and roles of the standard to be published.关键词
