Abstract
The significance of publishing a national uniform technical standard for electrostatic cooking fume control equipment is analyzed first, then concerning the Guangdong Provincial Local Standard DB44/T 873-2011, the setting of important performance indices for the standard including the fume removal efficiency, safety performance requirement, proper resistance and insulator requirement is discussed in this paper and then suggestions are put forward.关键词
