ASTM消费品安全标准化活动对我国玩具和娱乐设施质量安全的启示
Apocalypse for Chinese Toys and Recreation Facilities QS from ASTM Standardization on Consumption Products

Abstract
ASTM International is one of the leadership organizations who are developing advanced standards for developed countries. ASTM is also active in consumption-good standardization. ASTM standards play important roles esp. in 2007 when toy recalls happened and then impacted Chinese toy industry seriously. It is sufficient to demonstrate ASTM standards' authority that two ASTM standards were referenced by CFR through ballot from U.S. Senate. Utilized website investigation methods, ASTM Standardization activities (from 2006 to 2011) were traced and described in order to be drawn lessons for Chinese toy and recreation facility industry.关键词
