摘要
Abstract
Traceability system is system is an effective means for food quality and safety management, and promotes the safe and secure food production and sales. An effective system and applications of food safety traceability play a crucial role in the search for the source of hazards and tracking the flow of products. In this paper, the content and implementation elements of food safety traceability is analyzed, and the focus is put on the current existing food safety tracking and tracing methods.关键词
