Abstract
From the 7 aspects of focusing on customers, improving efficiency, emphasizing on credibility and integrity, establishing brand, enhancing "5S" management, promoting Total Quality Management, and adhering to Performance Excellence Management, this thesis elaborates on the practice and achievements of Qingdao Port Group in implementing the Evaluation Criterion on Performance Excellence Management.
