城市管理指标研究与展望
Research and Prospects on City Management Indicators
摘要
Abstract
With the development of global urbanization, international organizations and developed countries pay attention to city management, and establish several city management indicators systems. Based on one or several aspects of city management, some state ministries and research institutions set several city management indicators systems too. In 2011, ISO TMB approved to establish TC 268, which is responsible for city community management, and approved three international standards, which put forward by GCIF, JISC and AFNOR respectively. Owning to the different national conditions between China and developed countries in Europe and America, we should research china' s city management indicators system as quickly as possible to meet china' s fast development of urbanization, improve city management level, and respond to the development trend of international standards. Therefore, this paper offers two suggestions, which includes establishing city community management TC, increasing support on city management research in projects and funds. And then, based on the actual situation of china' s city management, this paper offers several suggestions to establish china* s city management indicators system.关键词
