Analysis of the Influencing Factors in the Partner Selection of Standardization Alliance
摘要
Abstract
Since 1990s, some leading enterprises in the industry have gradually realized the importance of standard in the competition, so many of them had set up the standardization alliance to improve the competitiveness to make greater profits. However, in the process of constructing the alliance, how to select the partner which is a key link is the weakest. Based on the analysis of its connotations and the approaches of comparison and field research, this article proposes six factors that influence the alliance' s partner selection and makes specific analysis in order to give an reference for both researchers and practitioners.关键词
