Abstract
Objective: To observe the therapeutic effect of Chaihu plus Longgumuli decoction combined with psychological therapy in cancer patients with depressive symptom. Methods: A total of f 20 eligible cases were randomly divided into two groups , in which 60 cases of Chaihu plus Longgumuli decoction combined with psychological treatment group and 60 cases control group with oral fluoxetine hydrochloride capsules combined with psychological therapy group were included. The patients in Chaihu plus Longgumuli Decoction group were treated with Chaihu plus Longgumuli Decoction, administered warm morning and evening, each time 100ml,and the patients in the control group were treated with fluoxetine hydrochloride capsules ( Prozac )20 mg, once daily, a week for a cycle of treatment in each group , treated with 6 consecutive cycles. To investigate the evaluation points with HAMD scale before treatment and after f ,2,4, 6 weeks respectively in each group and to evaluate the effects with the change of minus points and immune function before and after treatment, the side effects of drugs were also observed in two groups. Results:The chinese medicine prescription with psychological therapy can not only improve their depression, but also enhance the immune function of patients with respect to fluoxetine hydrochloride capsules, although the effect of The chinese medicine prescription with psychological therapy is slower, but the lasting effect and no toxic side effect, were observed. Conclusion: Chaihu plus Longgumuli decoction combined with psychological treatment can significantly improve depressive symptoms and immune function to better the quality of life.关键词
