常规干燥室余热回收装置的研究
Research on Waste Heat Recovery Device in Conventional Drying Chamber
摘要
Abstract
The waste heat recovery device with forced centralized exchange air of wood drying chamber was studied, and the energy-saving effect was tested and analyzed. The temperature of the wet-heat and fresh air was tested in different drying phases. Results show that the wet-heat air temperature decreases 13℃to 16. 3℃and the fresh air temperature increases 9℃ to 11.9℃ after they pass through the equipment. The heat recovery rate of this device is 18.6% to 28%, and the average rate is 22%. In theory calculation, the total exhaust energy, after drying Manchurian ash per 1m^3 with 47mm thickness, is 1.4 × 10^6 kJ. Application of this device can save energy 2. 88 × 10^5kJ, which is the same as saving normal coal 9. 84kg.关键词
