摘要

Abstract

The micro-foam PP/GF composite was prepared by means of chemical foaming injection molding technology. By combining nucleation theory and glass fiber strengthening mechanism, the effect of foaming quality on mechanical properties of micro-foam PP/GF materials was analyzed. The results show that: when adding 5% content of nano-SiO2 into PP/GF composites, the compatibility between PP and glass-fiber almost has no change, and then the tensile strength and impact strength of PP/GF composites improve greatly.
