摘要

Abstract

On the basis of the comprehensive analysis about the design content and knowledge characteristics of the injection mould side core-pulling mechanism, the overall structure of the injection mould core-pulling mechanism was built by use of the intelligent design based on case reasoning. The method of lateral feature recognition based on AAG was made to construct the case library including lateral feature of the plastic parts and injection mould side core-pulling mechanisms with the index of main lateral feature. Knowledge guided method was combined with the nearest neighbor algorithm to retrieval the similar case, and then the most similar case matching successfully was modified with RBR. At last, the required scheme of injection mould side core-pulling mechanism was obtained.
