摘要

Abstract

Based on the analysis of the structure characteristics of the kettle, an injection mold for the kettle was designed. The mold structure and its working process were introduced. The oblique slider core-pulling mechanism was adopted. The stripper plate actuated by mold opening force was used for demolding. The cooling waterlines were set in oblique slider and core insert to reinforce the cooling effect so as to ensure the quality of plastic parts.
