Progresses on Lectin Receptor Like Kinase
摘要
Abstract
Plant lectin receptor-like kinases (Lectin RLKs) are located in the cell membrane, containing N-terminal signal peptide, ligand-binding domain, single-pass transmembrane domain and intracellular Ser/Thr kinase domain. At present, studies of their functions, signal transduction, and recognition of ligands have become key areas. The related studies at home and abroad about structure, classification, resistance defense, and stress resistance were reviewed. It will provide a reference to the further research for physiological and biochemical functions and applications of lectin receptor like kinases.关键词
