摘要

Abstract

Parabens are widely used as organic synthetic material and as antimicrobial; in many foods, cosmetics and pharmaceuticals consumer products. The article is illustrated with reference to GB / T 5009.97-2003 sample preparation and chromatographic analysis to optimize the improvement,and is evaluated through the detection limit, accuracy, precision and the linear analysis. The method is applied to the PerkinElmer Clarus580 type gas chromatograph equipped with FID detector detects the vinegar, fruit juice, jam and milk beverage of parabens in foods detection.
