Influence of continuous nursing intervention on treatment compliance and quality of life of chronic hepatitis B patients
[目的]探讨连续护理干预对慢性乙型肝炎病人治疗依从性和生存质量的影响.[方法]将92例慢性乙型肝炎病人按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各46例,观察组在常规护理基础上,给予院外连续护理干预,对照组给予常规护理.分别对入院时、出院时、出院后3个月病人治疗依从性以及生存质量进行测评.[结果]入院时两组病人各项指标比较差异均无统计学意义(P＞0.05).出院时及出院3个月时观察组自我效能、治疗依从性以及生活质量得分均高于干预前与对照组(P＜0.05)…查看全部>>
