中国护士与非洲护士专业价值观的调查研究
Investigation on professional values of Chinese nurses and African nurses
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To know about the differences of the professional values between Chinese nurses and the African nurses. Methods: A total of 142 Chinese nurses and 117 African nurses were investigated by the cross - cultural adaptation of the Revised Nurses Professional Values Scale(NPVS-R). Results:There was significant difference in nurses between the two different cultural backgrounds. For Chinese nurses, caring and trust factors were more important,and in African nurses'values, the activism and trust were more important. Conclusion: The professional values of nurses can be affected by the different culture background,to strengthen the cultural exchange and learning actively is the effective way to promote the professional value of nurses in China.关键词
