Influence of community nurse-led multidisciplinary team home visiting services on psychological state of old age of home elderly

Abstract
Objective:To probe into the influence of community nurse - led multidisciplinary team home visiting service on psychological state such as depression and loneliness of community advanced age of old people at home. Methods: A total of 144 old people at home whose cognition was clear and whose age was over 80 years old were randomly divided into intervention group(n = 74) and control group(n = 70) by throwing coins. The intervention group patients received the nurse - led multidisciplinary team home visiting. The control group cases received routine community health service. The changes of depression and loneliness indexes were observed respectively before intervention, at three months after intervention and six months after intervention. Results: There was statistical significant difference in depression and loneliness score of advanced age of old people at home between both groups(P<0. 001);compared the scores before intervention, all domain scores were significantly lower at 3 months and 6 months after the intervention(P<0, 001),however, there was no significant change in control group(P>0. 05). Conclusion: The nurse-led multi-disciplinary home visiting service can improve the adverse psychological conditions such as depression and loneliness of advanced age of old people at home,and the team mode is operational and practical.关键词
