冠心病病人家属应对方式相关因素的调查研究
Investigation on related factors of coping style of family members of patients with coronary heart disease
摘要
Abstract
Objective: To probe into the related factors of disease coping style of family members of patients with coronary heart and put forward the interventions,so as to help them set up the positive coping styles.improve the caring ability for patients,finally improve the life quality of patients with coronary heart disease. Methods; Using simplified coping style questionnaire(SCSQ) and the uncertainty in illness families scale - Chinese Version(PPUS - FM - CV), social support rating scale(SSRC) the patients' families of 62 patients with coronary artery disease were investigated with questionnaire. Results:The score of positive coping style in family members of patients with coronary heart disease was significantly lower than the normithere was statistical significant differences in age,culture level and family monthly income (P<0. 05);There was correlation relationship between uncertainty in illness, social support system and coping styles, in which the disease uncertainty, subjective support and corresponding mode of utilization of supporting had stronger predicting function for coping styles. Conclusion:Families member of patients with coronary heart disease has not yet established the positive coping styles,demographic characteristics such as age, families'education, family monthly income affected the coping style of families member;to reduce the uncertainty in illness and improve the level of social support is an important content to establish a positive coping style.关键词
