不同居住方式对失能空巢老年人社会支持的影响
Influence of different living modes on social support of disabling empty-nest elderly
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To analyze the influence of the different living styles on the social support of disabling empty- nest elderly,so as to provide the scientific evidences for improving the social support network system of elderly. Methods:The general information questionnaire and the Social Support Rating Scale (SRSS) were used for household survey on the 143 disabling empty nest elderly in Wenzhou city. Results: There was statistical significant difference in gender,age,education level,marital status of disabling elderly among living alone group, husband and wife living group and institutional endowment group(P<0. 05). There was statistical significant difference in the score of subjective,objective support and social support u-tilization among the three groups (P<0. 001), the score of husband and wife living group was the highest and the score of institutional endowment group was the lowest. Conclusion-We should establish a sound social support system,integrate the social resources and build the network of social support services,and strengthen the family care function and carry forward the spirit of traditional filial piety culture,so as to improve the quality of life of diabling empty - nest elderly.关键词
