Abstract
As a business mode of agricultural industrialization, farmer specialized cooperatives has become an effective way to promote the level of agriculture and farmer＇s income. Based on the investigation of C county in Shanxi province, this paper summed up the farmer specialized cooperatives＂ status, problems and reasons. And then, it put forward the corresponding solutions.关键词
