Abstract
As an important way of serving the needs of production and livelihood in rural areas, the emergence and devel opment of rural logistics promotes mutual exchanges of people, finance, material and information resources between the urban and rural areas, facilitates the change of agricultural production mode, speeds up the transformation of traditional agriculture to modem agriculture and drives the rural economic development. Based on the development of rural logistics and requirements of the new socialist rural construction, combined with the reality of Shanxi Province, this paper analyzes the practice of Transportation Administration Department and the affecting factors on developing rural logistics. And then it puts forward the relevant countermeasures from five aspects： the management, policy, infrastructure construction, professional knowledge and technical popularization, and external exchange.关键词
