Abstract
Application of Anthropic Principle in school management is the requirement of the social development, the guarantee of achieving educational goals. In the school management, we should be human--oriented respecting and cherishing every individual, meeting the faculty and staff＇s needs as much as possible in order to promote their imitative and enthusiasm. Meanwhile, we should implement the democratic system and coordinate the relationship of members to form the favorable school management system.关键词
