The influence of Puerarin injection on the levels of serum hs-CRP and TNF-α of patients with stable angina pectoris and its clinical outcomes of treatment

Abstract
Objective: To observe the influence of Puerarin injection on the levels of serum hs-CRP and TNF-a of patients with stable angina pectoris and its clinical outcomes of treatment. Methods: 76 patients with stable angina pectoris were divided into two group randomly; in Puerarin injection treatment group 39 cases, in control group 37 cases. Respectively fasting venous blood was collected from the each group before and after treatment, the levels of serum hs-CRP and TNF-a were detected At the same time we observed and recorded the changes of clinical symptoms , ECG, heart beats and blood pressure. Results; The total efficiency in Puerarin injection group was 79. 5% which was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0. 05) , the levels of serum hs-CRP and TNF-a in the Puerarin injection group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0. 05) , there were no differences of serum hs-CRP and TNF-a between before and after control group treatment, the role of reducing heart beats and the changes of ECG in Puerarin injection group were significantly better than those in control group (P<0. 05, P<0. 01). Conclusion;Puerarin injection can effectively reduce the levels of serum hs-CRP and TNF-a, and it can improve the clinical symptoms and the ECG changes of patients with stable angina pectoris, and it can reduce heart beats, which inhibit inflammation of atherosclerosis, this is probably one of the mechanism of treatment of coronary heart disease.关键词
