摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore NT-proBNP serum levels in the clinical significance of hypertension and heart failure. Methods: By using electrochemical luminescence immunoassay (KCLIA) to test the serum of NT-proBNP; by SPSS statistical method, the two groups were compared by t test, while multiple groups were compared with one-way ANOVA. Results:Serum NT-ProBNP level between experimental groups (heart group、hypertension group) and control group were of significantly difference [heart group serum NT-proBNP1864. 03 + 3714. 90 (ng/ L), hypertension group NT-proBNP serum 3061. 87+7339. 43 (ng/L), P<0. 05]; in hf group and hypertension group, men and women's NT-proBNP serum makes no significant difference; serum NT-proBNP of groups of patients with Cardiac II ~ IV level were significant difference (F=83. 95,P<0. 05). Conclusion; Serum NT-pro BNP testing can be used to evaluate the cardiac function of patients suffering from cardiovascular diseases, and it is of important significance of clinical diagnosis and Therapeutic Observation.关键词
